How to: Promote a paragraph or heading in Outline view in Word 95.
Solution:
Place document in Outline view and click 'Promote' arrow button on the Outline toolbar.
1) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Outline'.
2) Select the line to be promoted.
3) Click promote arrow button on the outline tool bar. (The highlighted text will appear larger and bold.)
